I, the parent/guardian of the player (a minor), agree that I and the player will abide by the Rules of Babe Ruth and will exemplify good sportsmanship.  Recognizing the possibility of injury associated with playing baseball, I indemnify Babe Ruth and the New Fairfield Babe Ruth League, its affiliates and sponsors, their employees, coaches, etc. including the owners of fields and facilities, against any claim by the player as a result of participation in the event.
